Upon full payment, you own all final approved deliverables and have unlimited usage rights for your business. We retain ownership of working files, preliminary concepts, and work samples for portfolio purposes. Detailed IP terms are covered in our standard agreement and Terms of Use. Starter includes 2 revision rounds, Growth includes 3, and Flagship includes 4. Each round addresses your consolidated feedback on presented concepts. Revisions focus on refinement rather than complete direction changes. Additional rounds can be purchased if needed. Our collaborative process and thorough discovery phase minimize the need for extensive revisions.
We use milestone-based payments: 50% to start the project, 30% at concept presentation, and 20% upon final delivery. Payments accepted via bank transfer or UPI. Invoices include applicable GST. Our Returns & Refunds policy provides fair protection at each milestone. We start work upon receipt of the initial payment and signed agreement.
